The use of services provided by TapprSMM (TapprSMM LLC - “USA is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law), In India (Grownox Development - “India is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law) established the agreement to these terms.

By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and TapprSMM will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Service.

To access and use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

If you are signing up on behalf of your employer then the account owner is your employer. You warrant that you have authority to bind your employer to these Terms.

The SMM Panel provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, comments, and views, on various social media platforms.

This is a multivendor platform which resells services from different providers. We sell services at a certain % of profit. We act as a mediator for serving better. We do not disclose any of our provider details due to security reasons. We receive payments on behalf of our providers.

TapprSMM will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your 'Appearance' only. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts. We don't guarantee that your followers, views, or anything you order will stay for a lifetime.

All Services are prepaid and will not begin until full payment is received. No credits for unperformed services are possible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date.

Rate changes may happen when an update comes from the platform or provider, or when the $ against your country price changes. We cannot guarantee we will serve the service at the same rate all the time.

Dear Indian Customers: We monitor your Paytm transactions. We don't accept Paytm from multiple accounts, Gpay, fampay, or anything we refund to the user for such cases. Don't use our QR to accept payments from your clients. We will directly suspend your account without any further notice.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and remove any followers/likes delivered.

Due to the nature of the digital services provided, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once a service is ordered and delivered, no refunds will be provided as they are delivered instantly or within a short period.

We allow 7 Days' Refunds for the following Conditions: 1) Order marked completed without being done (Full Refund). 2) If the Order is Not started within 5 days (Full Refund). 3) Partial Refunds for all Refill services as per Refill conditions.

The guarantee is for services not for profile. We refill if it drops from the end count (start + quantity ordered) under certain conditions. We don't refill if your quantity is less than 10% of the order, if the profile includes a username change, or if it includes other provider followers.

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Orders placed in TapprSMM will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. If you change your account from public to private while an order is running, no refunds or cancellations will be given.

You agree not to engage in any activities that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of service of the social media platforms. You shall not use the Service to promote or engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

You will not upload anything to the TapprSMM site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case, and we will not refund these orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapprSMM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Service.

We make no guarantee for delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however, these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery.

No solutions can be provided for Instagram accounts which have multiple username changes and the 'Flag for review' option enabled. We are not responsible for any of your loss.

Do not click on potential spam notifications on Instagram. If you do, and your followers drop, it is not our responsibility to refill them.
